PrimeEdge Interiors is a custom interiors and fit-out company based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. We provide interior fit-outs, custom joinery, and handyman services.

2. Services

PrimeEdge Interiors provides the following services:

  • Custom kitchen design and installation
  • Stone benchtops and splashbacks
  • Built-in and walk-in wardrobes
  • Bathroom vanity units
  • Feature timber slat walls
  • Decorative wall mouldings
  • TV units and entry fit-outs
  • Nursery and custom designs
  • Handyman and general repairs

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by PrimeEdge Interiors are free and non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Prices quoted are based on the specifications discussed and may be subject to change if:

  • The scope of work changes after the initial quote
  • Unforeseen site conditions are discovered
  • Material costs change significantly
  • Additional work is requested by the client

Any variations to the original quote will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit is required before work commences (typically 30-50% of the total project cost)
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project
  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, cash

Specific payment schedules will be outlined in your project agreement.

5. Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we strive to complete all projects on schedule, timelines may be affected by:

  • Material availability and supply chain delays
  • Weather conditions (for external work)
  • Changes requested by the client
  • Site access issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We will communicate any significant delays as soon as they become apparent.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information about the project requirements
  • Ensure clear access to the work site
  • Make timely decisions to avoid project delays
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Notify us of any issues or concerns promptly

7. Warranty

PrimeEdge Interiors provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. The warranty period and specific terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect
  • Modifications made by third parties
  • Issues arising from building movement or settling

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeEdge Interiors' liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit or revenue
  • Damage to existing structures not caused by our work
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

9. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation before work commences: Deposit may be refundable less any costs incurred
  • Cancellation after work commences: Payment required for all work completed and materials ordered

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter directly. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications created by PrimeEdge Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, ownership of project-specific designs transfers to the client.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
